Shipping

TarShé Creations ships anywhere within the United States. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 Business days from the date of purchase. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays. We will work to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping times are all estimates, and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific time. Damaged or lost packages are the responsibility of the delivery carrier and claims must be filed through them. Once it is verified that the addressee’s package is lost or damaged the addressee must initiate a damaged or lost claim with the delivery carrier.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which starts after the items are received. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately If the item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item is received. We will arrange for an exchange or full refund if it is within the window of the 14 day return policy. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the exchange process. Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we received the returned package.

Refunds

Upon verification of your damaged/defective items we will notify you and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment or issued a store credit. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please be aware that TarShé’s Creations is not responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages while in transit. We recommend that you kindly contact the carrier of the returned package if we don’t receive your package.
